Ordinary TPU filaments struggle to meet footwear printing demands, with poor flexibility, low printing stability and uncomfortable finished products. To solve these industry pain points, we developed ShoeFlex 9075A, a professional flexible TPU fully optimized for 3D printed footwear scenarios.

Core advantage 1: Dual hardness design for wearable comfort It features a unique dual hardness property: 90A filament hardness ensures smooth extrusion during printing, while the finished shoe parts present 75A soft elasticity. The printed products are skin-friendly and flexible, perfectly suitable for daily and sports footwear.

Core advantage 2: High printing stability for mass production Optimized ductility and tensile properties effectively avoid breaking and thinning during printing. It achieves zero stringing, neat layer adhesion and high yield rate, supporting stable printing for both prototyping and factory mass production.

Core advantage 3: Lightweight & durable foaming structure Adopting self-developed foaming technology, the finished parts are lightweight, shock-absorbent and resilient. With excellent tear resistance and toughness, it effectively solves the durability problem of ordinary foaming TPU for footwear use.

Core advantage 4: Low maintenance & high efficiency Non-hygroscopic material supports 4–6 days of continuous printing without pre-drying, greatly saving production time and costs, ideal for footwear customized rapid production.
