ShoeFlex 9075A developed by Sting3D has a wire hardness of 90A. However, after melting through the nozzle, the printed model reaches a hardness of 75A. This innovative design maintains the excellent flexibility of 75A hardness, and largely solves the two key challenges of poor formability and high printing failure rate of soft wires. It is very suitable for printing shoes, pillows and complex flexible models.
Moisture-proof:Non-hygroscopic, supports continuous printing for 4-6 days without pre-drying
Clean Printing:No stringing, neat printing results
Flexible & Easy to Print:100% printing success rate, saving your time and material costs
Safe & Compliant:With ISO 10993 medical-grade skin sensitization certification, fully meeting FDA requirements. It has also passed EU-level tests such as RoHS and SVHC, ensuring excellent safety and compliance
Parameter Settings
For H2D printers: directly use the Bambu95A preset parameters
For P/X series printers: based on the Bambu95A preset, adjust the retraction amount to 2mm and the retraction speed to 10mm/s
Hardware Matching
Use a low-resistance roller holder (recommended for optimal feeding performance)

Not compatible with AMS (Automatic Material System) due to inherent limitations between flexible materials and the system
i3 frame printers (such as A1) are not recommended: The unstable model during printing may cause the bed to shake, thus increasing the failure rate
